A SAFe-specific servant leader and chief facilitator for the Agile Release Train (50–125 people).
The RTE orchestrates PI Planning, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt, and System Demos. They manage cross-team dependencies, remove systemic impediments, and optimize flow across the ART. Unique to SAFe — other frameworks distribute this work differently or don't need it at their scale.
