Nexus Integration Team
A cross-team group in Nexus accountable for the Integrated Increment every Sprint.
The NIT consists of the Nexus PO, a Nexus Scrum Master, and rotating members from the development teams. They coach teams on integration practices, identify and resolve integration issues, and ensure the Integrated Increment meets the Definition of Done.
