Scrum Team

A small (≤10) cross-functional team consisting of one Scrum Master, one Product Owner, and Developers.

The Scrum Team is the fundamental unit of Scrum — cohesive, self-managing, and accountable for delivering a valuable Increment each Sprint. Replaced the older "Development Team" concept in the 2020 Scrum Guide.
