Nexus Sprint Planning

A Nexus event where team representatives plan cross-team dependencies before per-team Sprint Planning.

Attended by NIT and representatives from each Scrum Team. Produces a Nexus Sprint Goal and identifies cross-team dependencies. Teams then break out for individual Sprint Planning.
