Informal criteria indicating a Product Backlog item is sufficiently refined to be pulled into a Sprint.
Not defined in the Scrum Guide — considered optional and sometimes harmful (can block flow). SAFe acknowledges it; LeSS discourages formal DoR in favor of PO judgment.
