Teams internally decide who does what, when, and how — the successor term to "self-organizing" in the 2020 Scrum Guide.

Replaced "self-organizing" in Scrum 2020 to emphasize authority over work within team boundaries. SAFe uses "self-managing" or "self-organizing" interchangeably.
