Historical term for a cross-team coordination meeting; in SAFe 6.0, formally replaced by "Coach Sync."

Predates formal scaling frameworks. Still widely used colloquially. SAFe renamed to "Coach Sync" to emphasize that it's about removing impediments, not reporting status.
