Product Goal
A long-term objective describing a future state of the product — introduced in the 2020 Scrum Guide.
The Scrum Team must fulfill (or abandon) one Product Goal before taking the next. Provides coherence across Sprints. Not explicitly preserved in SAFe; LeSS and Nexus adopt it.
