In LeSS, managers serve as teachers applying systems thinking and lean thinking, and practice "Go See."

LeSS explicitly reframes management. Managers are not abolished but redefined as teachers and organizational improvers who work on the system, not the work. Other frameworks don't address management structure directly — SAFe implicitly preserves traditional hierarchy.
