Tips & Tricks

01
No Scrum-of-Scrums in LeSS — cross-team coordination happens through direct team-to-team communication
02
If teams need to coordinate, they just talk. The Daily Scrum is for the team; cross-team sync is ad hoc
03
SM should float between teams’ standups, not mandate a separate cross-team meeting
04
15 minutes is a hard timebox. If topics need more time, take them to a follow-up conversation
05
Cross-Team Communication Channels
Establish shared channels (physical co-location or digital) where teams can easily reach each other throughout the day. The goal: coordination through conversation, not ceremony.
